At school we used the same dye for drawing sketches on paper. Paper and cotton have a lot in common. It was during a busy period before an exhibition I rediscovered the aquarelle technique: I poured some liquid dye on a paper, tilted the drawing board to the right angel, led the dye down along a defined area of the paper and collected the surplus liquid at the bottom with a paintbrush. For a single exhibition in the Art Centre in F\u00f8rde, I made a wall installation from \u00abAquarelle exercises\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>Technique\/material: Canson aquarelle paper, Pemazol fibre reactive dye, water, a variety of picture frames.\u00a0Now they are independent works and will occasionally participate in other exhibitions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Measures:<\/strong> 40\u00d730 cm<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was during a busy period before an exhibition I rediscovered the aquarelle technique.
